Update on the Amenity Center from the Developer

After several discussions and careful consideration, the Developer decided to adjust its placement from the original location at the corner of Polo Ridge Drive and Saddle Drive.

The new location will be at the corner of Polo Pony Court and Saddle Drive. This decision was made for several important reasons:

• Safety: The original location is on a busy thoroughfare, making it less suitable for a kids' playground and on-street parking.
• Cost-Efficiency: Moving the location eliminates the need for costly retaining walls, handicap ramps, and railings.
• Enhanced Experience: The new site offers a much nicer view from the amenity center building and pool deck.

The plans are being updated and should be ready beginning of January 2025.

Regarding timing, we are unsure about the City of Mesquite’s permit process, so it’s hard to predict precisely how long it will take.
From start to finish—grading the lot through the building and pool Certificate of Occupancy (CO)
—the timeline will be approximately 8 months-- weather and other unforeseen circumstances permitting.
